Strive Fitness Boot Camp was created as the anti-gym. It features 1200 square feet of cost-effective fitness classes and space-efficient functional training tools such as kettle bells, dumbbells, training ropes and body weight exercises to get you the desired results you are looking for.
What We Do
Strive Fitness Boot camp is a 60 minute high intensity total body workout. It in corporates the muscle-building benefits of resistance training with the fat-burning benefits of interval training in a alternating set or circuit of exercises. The result is a killer metabolic boot camp-style workout. The immediate benefits in as little as 21 days include:
